Established in 2006 by Major Rocco A. Spencer, the Leadership Source was created to provide knowledge of basic and advanced leadership techniques and styles. The Leadership Source (LSS) provides leadership training at all levels of business. Through the use of historical and living examples we provide our students with a well rounded view of leadership and group dynamics, thus allowing the leader to better coordinate their daily actions to improve production and obtain their personal goals.
 We accomplished this by the use of dynamic hands on training both in a classroom and field environment. We show them how to work together and enable them to establish new bonds. We give them an event that they will remember for a lifetime.
Through close coordination and interviews with company management, we integrate the needs of the company into the training provided. The training program is designed to be unique to each business we serve. The company chooses a point to help us design the level of stress or fun, as well as teaching and learning. We arm them with a knowledge that will allow them to accomplish the company missions in any environment.
The Leadership Source trains groups from 40 to 400.
No mission is too difficult.
