Enhanced Leadership Course (ELC) |

 This is a leader reaction course. Problems are designed to stress leader control, team work and inter group coordination. You tell us the skill that you wish to focus on, I.E. respect, teamwork etc, and then we then determine which of our reaction tests best facilities the learning of these skills.
The course is conducted in a field environment allowing the teams to navigate from test site to test site and compete against the clock and each other.
The ELC is a great source of team building and leader evaluation.
The ELC is Cadre conducted and lead. The LSS cadre provide test scoring as well as leadership evaluation at each test site. It’s a great way to find those hidden leaders in your organization. Testing and feedback can be as formal or informal as the company wishes. The key is: It’s tailored to your needs. |
