Military Combat Training
The LSS provides military type training to individuals and groups. This training is again focused on team building and team work. The training is focused on the use of squad tactical control and movement. With the use of airsoft guns the training is both realistic and real-time. The lead has seconds to react, the group depends on them.

Students are outfitted with full military gear and trained to use of the air soft weapons. They then experience training at the individual and team level. Movement, camouflage etc.

A series of exercises are then provided that allow the students to experience leadership in a stressful, fun and safe environment. In these exercises the students will lead with all the combat stresses, smoke, sounds, wounded etc.

The training allows the students to experience leadership in a combat environment. The smoke, explosions, the cries of the wounded, all the sounds and stress of the modern battlefield.  All in a safe controlled experience.  All missions are offensive oriented to teach aggressive action.

We train the team to hunt, developing the hunger for victory and providing the skills to achieve it.

The LSS military training cadre directed. The students are provided an After Action Reviews for all missions. The LSS Cadre set an example of military leadership for the students to follow.

Field Craft that is part of the Principle Outline of Instruction (POI):
Individual Combat skills:

  • Personal Movement
  • Personal Camouflage of self and equipment
  • Weapons training
  • Navigation

Team Movement Techniques:

  • Hand and Arms Signals
  • Radio Communication
  • Team Formations
  • Battle Drills

Students learn the fundamentals of:

  • Patrolling
  • Fire Control
  • Combat Organization
  • Mission Planning


A series of exercises are then provided that allow the students to experience leadership in a stressful, fun and safe environment. In these exercises the students will lead with all the combat stresses, smoke, sounds, wounded etc.
